"Life is too short
not to use the power of cold water."

Air, paper, rubber, leather – a variety of materials and products. They all represent the companies and industries that have shaped me professionally.

  • Lufthansa Group
  • Bookseller Thalia with the "tolino" reading platform
  • American tire manufacturer Goodyear
  • the German Football Association (DFB)

In all these companies, I have been active as a leader and communicator in turbulent times and have successfully made a difference.

It was an intensive path leading through many storms and heated times. It repeatedly brought me to companies or industries precisely when turbulence was brewing or was already there. Times when crisis mood caused long shadows and high swells – economically, organizationally, and socially. Times when leadership and communication made the difference in shedding light on the darkness. Times when I, too, was put to the test – caught between my own search for the way out of the crisis and my responsibility to accompany others through darkness into the light.

"Empowering individuals and organizations to see any change or crisis as an opportunity for growth and turn it into success by using their strengths and values - that's my passion and my profession."

Communication and coaching are my skills, human-centered leadership and a stable inner attitude is what I believe in.
Life and work have taught me that troubled times and cold waves offer special opportunities, and seizing them moves us forward. This experience feeds my affinity for dealing with both critical and complex situations and contexts.
Staying manoeuvrable and assertive in turbulent times to make the right decisions; I know what it takes to make it work and feel right – especially in leadership and communication. For my clients I make both my knowledge and my experience accessible and applicable.

"Roots are essential for growth and withstanding storms."

My roots are on a farm in the Allgäu, a place that gave me grounding and vision. There, I also learned that there's no such thing as good weather, or bad weather. There's just weather and your attitude towards it.

The support of mentors and coaches has often "saved" me. When things were most challenging, they were theinvestment in myself. They were my safe harbor to activate my strengths and align my inner compass wisely.

"It is in turbulent times that I add the most value. It’s when I’m in my element. Whether stormy waters or heat of the moment, where things move or liquefy, it all can be reshaped. Then opportunities arise to do things better and advance faster in taking new approaches."

I put a lot of heart and soul into what I do and how I do it. That's demanding. All the more important are my running shoes, my yoga mat and the man by my side. They all give me strength, inner peace and energy – always!
